Who We Are

Spoterix provides a digital platform for spot freight procurement (spot requests, also known as freight RFQs).

What We Process

  • Account data (name, email, roles, company assignment).
  • Operational spot request and quote data entered by users.
  • Contact form submissions (name, email, company, message).
  • Security and audit data, including request metadata such as IP address and user agent.

Why We Process It

  • To provide and operate the platform and respond to inquiries.
  • To secure access and prevent abuse/fraud.
  • To ensure traceability and compliance through audit logging.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website is designed to operate without non essential tracking cookies. We use a cookieless analytics tool that sets nothing on your device (see “Analytics” below). No advertising trackers are used.

Analytics

We use Spoterix Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool provided by Spoterix, to understand how this website is used. Spoterix is the provider and controller for this analytics data. The tool uses no cookies and stores no identifier on your device — there is no cross-site tracking and no profiling. Because nothing is stored on your device, no cookie-consent banner is required; we rely on our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 31 revFADP).

It collects: page path and URL, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, device and browser type, screen size, language and timezone. From your IP address the Spoterix server derives a coarse, approximate location (country, region, city); the raw IP address is only stored short-term and is not used to identify you.

The tool already honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. You can also opt out at any time for this device using the button below (it sets an spx-analytics-opt-out flag in your browser's local storage):

Retention and Access

Data is retained only as long as required for service delivery, legal obligations, and security/audit purposes. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
